Passfort were occupying serviced office space in SE1, and the planned expansion of the business justified taking better value conventional space.
We were retained to find them suitable premises, and subsequently introduced them to the self-contained ground and basement space at 11 Princelet Street, comprising 1,525 sq ft just off Brick Lane in E1. The space was previously occupied by a gallery / showroom and boasted light and character throughout.
Following extensive negotiations, they speedily completed a new flexible lease on favourable terms.
