1,708 sq ft Prime Mayfair Office Lease Assigned

One Wall Advisors decided to cease operations from its Mayfair base, comprising some 1,708 sq ft, and subsequently instructed us to market their lease, not long after having handled the rent review.

Although the space was not significantly under rented, and the lease expired in September 2019, our campaign brought multiple interested parties forward, which led to the eventual Assignee paying our Client a premium for the benefit of the existing lease, fit out and some of the furniture.
