Having been retained by Arc and Co to find suitable offices to relocate, driven by their current Landlord intending to develop their existing building, we introduced them to the lower ground floor space in 30 St George Street, well located between Hanover Square and Conduit Street.

Subsequently, in December 2016 they secured a new lease on the premises, comprising some 1,900 sq ft, on extremely competitive terms.
