In January 2017, we were instructed to source a suitable Marylebone office for Arts & Media Ltd, an established recruitment company. 

After extensively searching the market, we eventually shortlisted options, and they completed a lease on the 1^st floor & mezzanine, at 49 Great Cumberland Place, comprising some 861 sq ft.
