Long standing client, See Group, held a lease on a 22,000 sq ft building in Soho Sq, and occupied the basement, ground & 1st floors, with the further 3 upper floors accommodating their subTenants.

Following extensive negotiations with the new Landlord, we agreed that See Group would be able to remain in occupation short term post expiry, and due to prospective development plans, also managed to relinquish our clients end of term liabilities.
