In November 2016 we received instructions to find a new Tenant for the lower ground floor office space, comprising some 1,009 sq ft, benefiting from its own ground floor frontage and entrance.
Offers were received virtually immediately, which led to quickly going under offer and completing a new 15 year lease to an Aesthetic Clinic.
