Following the successful letting of the lower ground floor suites, we experienced a large amount of interest in the first floor, which, after speedy negotiations, led to a new lease completing on favourable terms.
The 3rd floor is now the only floor remaining in this period office building, which has been refurbished and benefits from excellent natural light.
