On behalf of a long standing Client, we were instructed to handle the marketing and reletting of 2nd, 3rd & 4th floors comprising a total of 6,500 sq ft.
Following a short time marketing we secured the letting of the top floor comprising 1,528 sq ft to Deliberate PR Ltd, at a record high rent.
The space enjoyed an open plan configuration with access onto a large private roof terrace.
