Fawcett Mead instructed us to handle the renewal negotiations at their offices in Great Portland Street, whilst simultaneously searching for suitable premises to relocate.
Following extensive negotiations on renewal, the decision was made to relocate to Mayfair premises, the 2nd floor at 7-8 Conduit Street, comprising 1,504 sq ft refurbished open plan accommodation, where we were representing the Landlord.
