Whilst initially focusing on the West End, it quickly became apparent that there was nothing suitable, or if there was, it was significantly over budget, due to demand for medical space in W1 being so strong. The decision was then made to look at other suitable central locations, and subsequently, our client eventually completed a lease on a newly refurbished, self-contained, lower ground office floor, comprising some 1,860 sq ft, subject to planning for personal change of use to D1.
