Money and Co instructed us to dispose of their premises at 42 Bruton Place, comprising 3,221 sq ft arranged over basement, ground and 3 upper floors.
The lease expired in March 2024 with a Tenant only break option and rent review in March 2019.
The passing rent was heavily under rented and we generated interest for an assignment of the lease quickly.
Subsequently the lease was assigned to a financial company, subject to a substantial premium being paid to our Client for the benefit of the existing lease and fit out.
