Having handled the previous short-term relocation for Velocity Mobile, we were asked to source suitable premises once again.

Within a challenging period of time, we negotiated the successful acquisition of the existing lease on the fully fitted 3rd floor, at 25 Old Burlington Street, comprising some 3,472 sq ft.
