Taking instructions in late 2017 to source suitable expansion space for a workshop, we subsequently introduced Mirpuri Bespoke to [24 Hanover Square](https://maps.google.com/?q=24+Hanover+Square&entry=gmail&source=g).

Following extensive negotiations, which saw us agree extremely beneficial terms for our client, we quickly went under offer and completed the lease in June 2018.
