Following an extensive marketing campaign, and generating multiple interested parties, a new lease was eventually granted to Susi & Lee, for a term of 10 years, at a record rent for the unit.
We were simultaneously marketing 125 & 133 Fulham Road, and the successful campaign of 129, led to speedy deals being agreed on these too.
