Taking instructions in 2017 to handle the lease renewals in Great Portland Street on behalf of First Image, it quickly became apparent that the intermediate Landlord wasn’t going to agree sensible terms on renewal.
We quickly went to the market seeking alternative accommodation, and this eventually led to our client taking a new lease on the refurbished 2nd floor at 81 Southwark Street.
