Whilst protecting our client, Small Back Rooms', position at their existing offices, where they enjoyed rights to stay on market terms, it was apparent that not as much space was needed for the long term.

This led to them instructing us to negotiate terms, and a new lease completing on the refurbished self-contained ground and mezzanine office arches, comprising 2,209 sq ft, owned by the same Landlord.
