OR Multimedia, a subsidiary of Howard Hunt Group, are a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency who entrusted us with the task of finding a short - medium term office, to facilitate their anticipated expansion.

Following an extensive search, and lengthy negotiations, they completed a new sublease on the part 3rd floor at [50 Eastcastle Street](https://maps.google.com/?q=50+Eastcastle+Street&entry=gmail&source=g), which was fully fitted and ready to move into, on favourable terms.
