Having handled the recent rent review, Otto Oumo, a very high end mens fashion brand, instructed us to market the lease held on their Mayfair showroom, which comprised some 3,331 sq ft over ground and basement.
After a short period of marketing, we generated multiple bids from various office and retail users.
Subsequently we agreed terms with Thamesview, an estate agency firm looking to open in the area, and assigned the lease, held at a rent of £142,000 per annum exclusive, for a premium sum of £180,000.
