Financial Publishing Firm Acquires 3,000 sq ft London Bridge Building

Having previously handled the acquisition of current offices in Southwark Street for IPE International Publishers, we were entrusted once again to secure identified premises for relocation.

Despite being up against multiple parties also offering on the space, we managed to negotiate optimal terms, place the premises under offer, which eventually led to the successful acquisition of a new lease for a term of 10 years.
