We are delighted to have been recently ranked first place in the Top 40 UK Property Firms "Turnover Per Fee Earner" category, in the Property Week Agency Survey 2018!
I was personally thrilled, but also concerned that, after 5 years in the top 5, we came first this year by some considerable margin.
Concerned, because our Clients may think we charge too much, but thrilled that our small team could be so effective in delivering services to those Clients, where our successes generated such a formidable turnover.
Unless prohibited in Arbitration, Expert Witness work etc., we have often put our neck on the line, working on a no success, no fee basis, with remuneration often on a contingency basis.
That said, let the good times roll into next year, our year ending July.
