Having exchanged contracts back in August subject to planning for B1 Office use, following various problems occurring post exchange, and renegotiations taking place, the sale of the long leasehold interest to FMS Publishing finally completed.
They will be redeveloping the ground and basement ex club, comprising 3,163 sq ft, into a new top quality office for their own occupation.
