Having handled all lettings and lease negotiations on the parade for the past 6 years, an existing tenant, Leto Café, wished to exit the premises early.

Instead of assigning their leasehold interest, we jointly teamed up with their representatives to market the unit on a new lease, which led to a letting to Gregni London, at a rent of £85,000 pax.
