Moncler, an established Client of ours, instructed us to find them some overflow space, close to their main London office in Brompton Road, which we acquired for them approximately 12 months prior.
We introduced them to the top floor at 186 Sloane Street, comprising 500 sq ft, which was a perfect fit, and subsequently agreed a new lease for a term until June 2020, at a rent of £25,000 per annum exclusive, with an initial 2 month rent free period.
