The existing Tenant was not trading satisfactory, and wanted to terminate their lease early.
Subsequently a new Tenant was sourced, Little Nan’s Kitchen, and a new lease was granted in line with a simultaneous surrender of the existing lease, at a new rent of £57,500 pax.
