Floris Estates instructed us to find a new Tenant for the 1st & 2nd floors, comprising some 494 sq ft and 616 sq ft respectively.
A surrender deal was agreed with the existing Tenant, and following an active marketing period, terms were agreed, and an Agreement to Lease was entered into, with The Bespoke Club, a long established international specialist tailors, to take a new lease on both floors.
