In 2014 Venquis acquired an assignment of the part 3rd floor lease, comprising 3,205 sq ft, expiring in April 2017 outside the Act.
We were called in to handle the lease renewal negotiations, and whilst seriously considering relocation options, we successfully negotiated optimum financial and lease terms, as well as reducing the floor area to 3,148 sq ft and subsequent rent payable following a check measurement of the space.
