We were instructed to act for the Landlord of Roka Restaurant on their Rent Review of the ground floor and basement of the well-known 37 Charlotte Street restaurant, comprising some 4,650 sq. 

After prolonged negotiations with the Tenant, we successfully settled the review at £282,500 per annum, a 33% increase from the previous rent.
