Third floor George Street office space let to reputable hospitality group

Following the recent letting of the 4^th Floor, only the 3^rd floor, comprising 1,840 sq ft, remained available at 40 George Street.

 After extensive negotiations, the floor was leased to a reputable hotel group for their London executive office.
