Looking Back on 2018 - the Lorenz Consultancy's Year in Review

Despite Brexit, the Commercial Property market in Central London held up unbelievably in 2018, and proved a very successful and transformative year for The Lorenz Consultancy. Our Agency Department were involved in acquisitions and disposals, on a rent roll of £7.5 million per year, and our Professional Department were involved in £13 million worth of rental transactions, on a total area of some 175,000 sq ft.

The appropriate method of termination depends on whether the lease has the protection of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, which party wants to bring it to an end, whether the lease is coming to its contractual end or one party wants to get out of it early, and whether the tenant is in breach of any of the lease terms.
